- Hampton receiver Justin Brown signed with the Arizona Cardinals
- Alcorn State linebacker Lee Robinson, Jackson State cornerback Domonique Johnson and Hampton defensive tackle Chris Baker signed with the Denver Broncos.
- Hampton offensive guard Dennis Conley signed with the Chicago Bears.
- Tuskegee receiver Jason English and Tennessee State center Cecil Newton signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars
- Morgan State defensive tackle Lonnie Harvey signed with the Carolina Panthers
- South Carolina State receiver Philip Morris signed with the Tennessee Titans
- Bowie State running back Isaac Redman signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers
- Clark-Atlanta offensive tackle Sam McNaulty signed with the New Orleans Saints
- Shaw defensive tackle Louis Ellis signed with the Miami Dolphins
- Jackson State defensive end Marcus Bernard signed with the Cleveland Browns.
- Tennessee State offensive tackle Cornelius Lewis signed with the Indianapolis Colts.
