Division I

1. South Carolina State – (8-1, 6-0) The Bulldogs have a clear path to a second-consecutive MEAC football championship.

2. Prairie View A&M – (6-1, 5-0) – Big conference win over Alabama A&M has the Panthers looking sharp heading into the SWAC Championship Game.

3. Florida A&M (7-2, 5-1) – The Rattlers win another close one, this time at home against North Carolina A&T.

4. Grambling State (5-4, 3-2) The Tigers are upended by the Golden Lions of UAPB, but hold in the top five.

5. Alabama A&M (5-4, 2-3) – With a road loss at Prairie View, the Bulldogs’ game against Jackson State next week could be for the SWAC eastern division title.

6. Southern (5-3, 2-2) IDLE

7. Norfolk State (5-4, 4-3) – The Spartans are rising; second-straight win comes at the expense of Morgan State.

8. University of Arkansas-Pine Bluff (5-3, 3-2) – Golden Lions bounce back from loss to SU with big win over Grambling.

9. North Carolina A&T (5-5, 3-4) The Aggies go 0-for-the State of Florida on the season, with a road loss to the FAMU Rattlers.

10.  Morgan State – (5-4, 3-3) – Three straight conference losses for MSU.

Division II

1. Tuskegee – (8-2, 8-1) – Tuskegee celebrates its third-straight SIAC conference title.

2. Fayetteville State (8-3, 7-1) – The Broncos win in comeback fashion to capture the CIAA conference championship.

3. Albany State (8-2, 7-2) – The Rams get blitzed by Fort Valley State in the Fountain City Classic

4. Benedict (8-3, 6-3) – Benedict cruises at home against Clark-Atlanta.

5. Fort Valley State (7-4, 6-3) – The Wildcats win their second straight, with the latest over playoff-bound Albany State.

6. Shaw (8-2, 5-2) IDLE

7. Virginia State (6-4, 4-3) – IDLE

8. Bowie State (6-5, 5-3) – The coin flip got the Bulldogs in the game, but couldn’t bring them a title against Fayetteville State.

9. Elizabeth City State (7-3, 5-2) – IDLE

10. Morehouse (7-3, 6-3) – The Maroon Tigers avenge last week’s loss to Albany State with a convincing win over Miles.
