It would’ve been nice for two MEAC teams to jump into the FCS playoffs fold, but the way the Rattlers have underperformed over the last several weeks, combined with the injuries sustained against Hampton, the loss may have preserved an embarrassing showing from the Rattlers on a bigger stage.
