Chances are that if you shot a basketball last week and missed, Benedict’s Martinez Woody got the rebound. He’s the SIAC men’s basketball Player of the Week after averaging 17 rebounds, 10 points and three blocked shots last week in three games against Clark-Atlanta, Claflin and Lane. He had a game high 22 boards against Lane, which makes him the trademark owner of all shots missed by the Dragons for the remainder of the season.

Averaged 17.3 rebounds, 10.3 points and 3.7 blocked shots as the Tigers beat Clark Atlanta and Lane around a loss to Claflin.
His best performance was a 14 point, 22 rebound performance against Lane on January 10.

Shontrell Moss – Clark Atlanta (Sr,G, 5-9, Fort Lauderdale, FL)
Averaged 23.5 points, 9.0 rebounds and 3.0 steals in the Lady Panthers’ wins over Benedict and LeMoyne-Owen.
Her best game was a 29 point, 7 rebound performance against Benedict on January 5.

Sade Odutola – Miles > Scored 25 points and grabbed 10 rebounds in the Lady Bears loss at Tuskegee.
