Anthony Hilliard, a standout guard for the Elizabeth City State University men’s basketball team has been named a preseason All-America first team member by Street and Smith’s.
Hilliard led the Vikings in scoring and rebounding last season, and was named the CIAA’s preseason Player of the Year.
