The Marching 100 of Florida A&M University, which now boasts more than 400 members, will be the feature halftime attraction this Sunday at the Miami Dolphins’ season opener at home against the New York Jets.
I would classify this as a proud moment for black college bands everywhere, but the country is already familiar with the magic of bands like the Marching 100, the Sonic Boom of the South and the Human Jukebox.
As usual, feel free to send footage of your band to jarrett@hbucsportsblog.com, and it may make the featured video section. For now, here’s the Marching 100 doing their thing.
