Former Prairie View A&M Panther Wilford White has signed a free agent contract with the Atlanta Braves. White, who appeared in 15 games last season for the Panthers, batted .397 while seeing time at third base.
White currently plays for Atlanta’s minor league affiliate in Danville, Va.
